১. আমাদের কার্যক্ষেত্র :

* দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে সচেতনতা প্রচারাভিযান চালানো।
* সরকারি নীতি, RTI, ভিজিল্যান্স আইন সম্পর্কে সাধারণ মানুষকে শিক্ষা দেওয়া।
* ট্রেনিং, ওয়ার্কশপ ও সেমিনার আয়োজন
* স্কুল-কলেজে দুর্নীতি বিরোধী প্রচার ও শিক্ষামূলক কর্মসূচি।
* ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম (ওয়েবসাইট, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া, YouTube, TV Channel ইত্যাদি) ব্যবহার করে স্বচ্ছতা প্রচার।

২. সদস্য ও টিমের দায়িত্ব : 

* স্টেট ডিরেক্টর→ পুরো রাজ্যের কাজ সমন্বয় করবেন। 
* ডিস্ট্রিক্ট ডিরেক্টর / কোঅর্ডিনেটর→ জেলার সমস্ত প্রোগ্রাম পরিচালনা ও রিপোর্ট করা। 
* ব্লক / সিটি কোঅর্ডিনেটর→ স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে ক্যাম্পেইন, সচেতনতা সভা আয়োজন।
* মিডিয়া টিম→ সংবাদ সংগ্রহ, ভিডিও রিপোর্ট, সচেতনতা ভিডিও বানানো।
* লিগ্যাল টিম / রিসার্চ টিম→ আইন, দুর্নীতি সম্পর্কিত রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও ডকুমেন্টেশন।

৩. সদস্যদের সাধারণ নিয়ম :

1. পরিচয়পত্র (ID Card) পরিধান করতে হবে।
2. অফিসিয়াল ইউনিফর্ম  শুধুমাত্র প্রোগ্রাম/ডিউটি চলাকালীন ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
3. সরকারি অফিস বা পুলিশি ক্ষমতা দেখানো যাবে না। (শুধুমাত্র তথ্য ও সচেতনতা কাজ করা যাবে)
4. যেকোনো অভিযোগ অবশ্যই লিখিতভাবে হেড অফিসে জমা দিতে হবে, নিজের নামে FIR/Complaint করা যাবে না।
5. সংস্থার ইমেজ বজায় রাখতে সর্বদা শালীন ও পেশাদার আচরণ করতে হবে।
৪. সীমাবদ্ধতা ও আইনগত অবস্থান : 
* আপনারা কোনো গ্রেফতার / জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ / তল্লাশি করতে পারবেন না।
* শুধুমাত্র RTI, তথ্য-সংগ্রহ, জনসচেতনতা, মিডিয়া কভারেজ এবং লিগ্যাল এডভোকেসি করতে পারবেন।
* দুর্নীতি বা অভিযোগ পেলে সেটা সরকারি অথরিটি (Anti Corruption Bureau, Vigilance Dept, Police) -এ ফরওয়ার্ড করতে হবে।
* ফাউন্ডেশনের নাম ব্যবহার করে ব্যক্তিগত লাভ বা হুমকি দেওয়া সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

🟩 POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE STATE DIRECTOR.

1. To preside over all the board meeting of members and suggest all working patterns and implementation of proceedings passed in the meeting down to state bodies.

2. To organize and undertake community service projects in the interest and for the welfare of members.

3. To educate the delegates(s) survey and or study terms form amongst the member of the association.

4. To collect and obtain all information and brief them in writing to Founder/ president/chairman for further action.

5. To make understand and educates all working executive members down line to district/tehsil/block/ward/rural level and to keep track on all matter with informing further developments to Founder/President/chairman for better co-ordination.

6. To develop voluntaries to work freely for the betterment of the social public and to understand to solve their problems.

7. Will have the powers to make any amount of members as specified and with in rules and regulation of the ACF for better working

8. To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all information to president & State Director.....
